One of juniors is apparently trying to cope up with the job.What I find in his appraoach is the short cuts mentality which is hampering his progress and making him a laughing stock.In spite of giving him a complete plan of action to handle his job, the guy is still far from developing a mindset to work hard. He keeps trying short cuts without a plan ,fails ,gets nervous and hampers others' work.I am wondering what will spark his interest in true hard work?Any suggestions?
